• it's been a long while since I've written anything on my Xanga.  Alot has happened since my last post in August.  The biggest change is that I'm single now .. I still don't like being alone .. it's uncomfortable.  I'm not going to post any details .. because .. I don't want to get into it.  Other than that .. the fall semester has come and gone.  I did fairly well .. my GPA has gone up to a 2.69.  The holiday season was nice.  For Christmas, I went up to Austin to my uncle's lake house and kayaked for a few days.  After that, I came home for a full day and left up to Camp Eagle for a staff reunion for New Years.  There, I went rock climbing, hiking, and I caught a fish with my hands!  A few days later, I drove to Fredericksburg and met up with VVYPR (Viper).  The five of us (Carlos Vargas, Sara Vargas, Stephen Yates, Marty Pike and Gary Rule) went backpacking at Enchanted Rock for four days.  While we were there, we experienced record-breaking low temperatures (it was in the teens for three consecutive nights), and had a great time with fire and ramen noodles!  Did you know that there is a cave at E-Rock?  It's pretty cool .. I want to go back and campout inside.
